Hi Jude. I just sent this message to Maeve Smith. - I live in Wellington and decided to get a meeting going in Thames because we (fluoride action network NZ) have meetings organised for Whakatane, Havelock North and New Plymouth later this month. The reason I've thought of Thames is that there is a newly elected councillor, Tony Brljevich, who is committed to getting fluoridation stopped in Thames. He plans to do this through the Council's LTTP process early next year. Therefore, we need people in Thames to be aware of what's happening and to voice their opinion. I have just sent 10 A4 colour posters to the Organic Co-op and about 30 flyers with an insert with the film evening/public meeting details as an insert. Please let me know if you would be willing to deliver flyers (i can send them up) or if you have any other ideas about advertising the upcoming event. thanks Mary.
